SOLVED THE ERROR 5100 PROBLEM

LEFT Click on control Panel in the Start Menu.
In the Control Panel LEFT click on PRINTER AND FAXES.
LEFT CLICK ON THE PRINTER SYMBOL.You will find PRINTER.
Left Click on PRINTER .ON that menu,click Properties.
In the Properties folder left click MAINTENANCE.You will find 10 boxes that you can left click on to help you with your cleaning,nozzle check and Roller cleaning.
